Nowadays when everybody has a smartphone you have the chance to use your device to track your progress in your swimming, cycling, running also you can learn some exercises for strength development that you can do either in the gym or at home.
So I would like to share with you some apps I constantly use and I now that really work well.

Endomondo App |
1.- Endomondo: amazing app for running and cycling but you can use to monitor a lots of sports. With the help of your phone's GPS and personal data such as your weight, it gives you your position, route, speed, pace, even the amount of fluid you lost and you need to restore after your workout! Is fantastic for the social media lover because it share your training on Facebook and have other features such as Beat a Friend where you can compete with your buddies, follow a route, beat your self and interval training.Price: Free the basic version and AUD 5,49 the Pro version.

Garmin Fit App |
2.- GarminFit: Do you have a Garmin GPS watch and LOVE numbers, graphics and data analysis? This is the app for you! It downloads your data from garminconnect and put it in your phone to check all the statistic progress in training. If you don't have a Garmin GPS watch you can download it and use it too.

Go Beyond App

3.- Go Beyond: another app for triathletes great to check your progress and conquer your walls.
"Go Beyond brings you specific challenges for running, riding and swimming. New challenges are added every week as well as special events challenges like major races" but I didn't find it very engaging and it becomes repetitive after some time.

Tri Faster Swimming Planner App |
4.- Tri Faster Swimming Planner: are you training alone in the pool and don't have any idea of what to do for workout? This is your App! Quite simple but really effective you just put the length of the pool where you are training and the miles or meters do you want to tackle and Bang! You got it! a complete swimming workout in your phone. One of the good things about this app is the huge number of workouts it has.

It also gives you a good explanation of the pace, intervals and rest of the swimming. Totally worth it!

Stroke Builder |
5.- Strokebuilder: incredible app to check strokes and compare yours with professional swimmers Beautifully design and the videos are really good.

Gym To Go App |
6.- Gym to go: hectic day and you don't have time for training? Are you traveling and don't have a place to workout? Gym to go gives you a large variety of exercises to do by yourself with elastic bands. The app was develop by Fitness guru Bill Crawford by orders of the US Navy to give a complete exercise plan to be used in submarines and confined spaces. Really useful for your hotel room.Price: free.

7.- Perfect Cadence: it is just a metronome that gives you an idea of the cadence you need to achieve in your running. Quite basic but very useful.
Price: free.
